I added it along with the water and parmesan and it seemed fine.

I used a bit over half the amount of recommended pasta and it was still too much IMO.

I did really like this but I will be making some changes next time.

I used sweet sausage and added lemon juice at the end. I may try it with some white wine and cut the asphalt smaller but otherwise good starting point

It’s a “you need to grab everything in one bite” type of experience! We used a spicy sausage and as always topped with crushed red pepper. I found the addition of the salt and pepper at each step mentioned to be important step for the final product. The burrarta deff helped with the creamy factor at the end!
