The Aperol bottle has a diagram showing equal parts Prosecco and Aperol. I find Aperol too sweet for my taste, so it’s a good way of getting rid of the bottle. The best thing I can say about Aperol is it helped me really appreciate Campari.

if i want to drink sparkling rosé alone, i LOVE the Veuve one but it’s very pricey. most often i tend to get the sparkling chandon brut rosé, it’s a good price point and i don’t mind mixing it into drinks either!

I’ve always seen 3 parts Prosecco to two parts Aperol, and I think that’s what is on the bottle. Anyway, I think I’d definitely like it with rosé!
