We love this pickle slaw for any BBQ or cookout! It's incredible on hot dogs and burgers, pulled chicken sandwiches, on tacos, on steak and more. Super easy to make and bring it any party too!
In a large bowl, combine the cabbage and dill with a few pinches of salt and pepper.
Whisk together the relishes, olive oil, vinegar, pickle juice and honey. Pour over the cabbage and toss well to combine.
Taste and season with more salt and pepper if needed. This stays great in the fridge for a day - you can also make it a few hours ahead of time and refrigerate, then bring it out for a party.
